For the woman who is ready to

Go bigger

Get paid like it

Be unmistakable

Turn lookers into clients

Own the room online

If that's you, you're in the right place. I work with women right at this turning point, and I build them websites that match where they're going, not where they've been.

About

Meet Raya.

Raya Slavin is a brand & web designer known for building websites for women stepping into greater visibility, authority, and income.

She holds a bachelor's in psychology from CU Boulder, where she graduated at the top of her class.

Raya has led design teams and creative across agencies, running high-visibility campaigns, brand work, and web experiences for names including Jimmy Buffett, Diplo, John McEnroe, Mike Posner, and Jamie Anderson. She is also part of the creative team at WILD Global Inc., a media, events, and visibility agency helping visionary women expand their influence through branding, PR, and live events. Her content has been published in Forbes, USA Today, Elle, and Maxim.

Today she takes on a small number of projects, working directly with each founder from strategy through launch. Her clients get a designer who takes the time to understand their business as deeply as they do, and a website that shows it.

Why you're here

You're ready for the next door. Your website should open it.

You already know your work delivers. What you want now is a website that walks into the room the way you do: clear, confident, and impossible to mistake for anyone else. That's what I build, so the moment your people land, they feel like they've found exactly what they were looking for.

How I work

Before anything gets designed, we get clear on the story.

Design that skips this step is decoration. Everything we build is in service of four things.

01
A clear story
Who you are, what you offer, and how you help, told so clearly that the right people recognize themselves in it immediately.
02
Value made visible
A site that communicates what your work is actually worth, so people arrive already understanding what's possible with you.
03
Trust and confidence
Every page designed to feel credible and true to you, so by the time someone reaches the contact button, they already believe you can help.
04
An easy yes
Reaching out feels simple and natural, because the site has done the explaining, the reassuring, and the convincing before you've said a word.

Featured project

Brands and websites for people who take their work seriously.

Different industries, same through line: the work was already excellent, and the online presence hadn't caught up yet.

"I can't count how many compliments I've received on my website. It finally reflects the quality of my work, and several clients have told me my website is what made them choose to work with me. I couldn't be happier with the result."

The offer

Website, handled end to end.

You bring the business. I handle the rest. Strategy, messaging, copy, design, and the build itself, from first call to launch day. A website that opens the doors you're ready to walk through.

Questions, answered

Wondering about the details?

What kinds of businesses do you work with?
All kinds. Service businesses, practices, studios, consultants, founders with an offer they believe in. The through line isn't the industry, it's the situation: the work is already good, and the online presence hasn't caught up. If that's you, the industry matters less than you'd think.
What's included in a project?
Brand positioning and messaging, copywriting for every page, visual identity, design, and the build itself. Because strategy, words, and design come from one person, your site tells one coherent story instead of three competing ones.
How much does it cost?
Every project is scoped individually, because the work depends on what your business needs. After our first conversation, you'll get a written proposal with the full scope, timeline, and investment, so you'll have a clear figure in front of you before you decide anything.
Do I need to have my messaging figured out first?
No, and most people don't. Figuring it out together is the first part of the project, and it's often the part clients tell me was worth the whole thing. If you already have clarity, even better, we move faster.
I don't have professional photos.
You don't need them to start. Thoughtful design and the right words carry a site on their own. We'll work with what you have, and if you'd like to refresh your photography, I'll send you a shot list so you capture exactly the right ones.
I'm not tech-savvy. Will I be able to manage it?
Yes. Your site is handed off with a simple walkthrough, so updating a photo, a price, or a paragraph takes minutes rather than a support ticket. And if you'd rather never touch it, I'm here for that too.
How long does it take?
Most projects launch within about four to six weeks of kickoff, depending on how quickly we can gather your content. You'll have a clear timeline before we begin.
